Mon – Thursday, a reservation must be made in order to play. Friday – Sunday, reservations are not required, but it is always a good idea to reserve a time in advance, as our bookings tend to fill quickly day-of. Calling ahead to reserve a spot will allow you to pay in-person.
Park in the parking lot of Paranoia Quest.
We ask that players arrive 30 minutes prior to their reservation. If they cannot, the amount of time we can wait will depend on a few things:
– Time of arrival. If you are only a couple minutes behind, we should be able to get you started, no problem. Filling out waivers beforehand will also help save you time if you are running late.
– Scheduling. There are other reservations that we must attend to, so if putting you in late will conflict with another reservation, we may have to deduct time in order to stay on schedule.
– Contact. If we haven’t heard from you and your booking’s start time has already passed, we will assume you are not coming and operate as such. Please call to let us know you are running late, even if you are only a few minutes behind.
Our rooms are not built to be scary, they were built to challenge you to work with your team to find clues and solve puzzles.
We do have jump scares in Zombie Apocalypse game and escape the room with live zombie.
– Recon Zombie Apocalypse: 5-10 people (2 person minimum).
– Escape Plan 5-10 people (4 person minimum).
– Diamond Quest up to 10 people (2 person minimum).
You don’t want to play alone. It will be hard and not much fun.

We do have a few ground rules:
– Listen to your Game Masters at all times. They are there to make sure everyone has an amazing escape room experience.
– No alcoholic beverages or pets are allowed in the facility.
– Respect other customers and employees; no rude or lewd behavior.
– No smoking inside the facility.
Failure to follow any of these rules may result in termination of your game and asking you to leave the premises.
Yes, absolutely! We encourage our guests to take pictures inside our games. The only thing we ask that you refrain from is taking pictures or videos of answers (cheating isn’t fun for anyone).

Everyone 18 years or older will need to fill out a waiver prior to playing their game. If a party member is younger than 18, a parent or guardian will need to fill out the waiver on their behalf. Waivers can be filled out here.
